Tetesan Air Mata Ibu (1974)
Yuningsih, a poor orphan, manages to become a star of a touring stage-performance group. Suparta, a nobleman, falls in love with the star. Opposed by his mother, Suparta still marries the pregnant Yuningsih. Suparta’s mother then tries to separate the young couple and the stage-performance group is told to move away. Then Suparta dies during the revolution and his mother takes away the child from Yuningsih. Even worst, Yuningsih is then sold by her boss to a rich merchant. Even though she is quite well off, Yuningsih still misses her child. Eighteen years after, her loss is appeased when her child performs as a famous singer in a show.
